How will the Online Bill Pay system be impacted between now and February 4th?

Texas State Bank customers will not have access to the TSB Online Bill Pay portal as of 9:00 a.m., January 28th, in order to facilitate the conversion of bill pay information to American State Bank’s online system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


On Monday, February 4th you will be able to access all features of online bill pay through Until then:

  • All existing payments scheduled through Bill Pay will be processed as expected.
  • To facilitate a payment that you typically complete through the online bill pay system please visit your branch or call 936-634-8877. We have many options available at no charge to you due to the temporary inconvenience, including issuing a cashier’s check or money order, initiating a wire transfer, or submitting your payment with a Debit Card.
  • No new payments, payees or enrollments can be added or changed until February 4th.
  • If you need to submit a stop payment request, visit your branch as you always have.

Payment and payee information, including six months of Bill Pay history, are expected to transfer to the new American State Bank online bill pay system and can be accessed on February 4th by logging in to online banking at If you would like a copy of your bill pay history before then, your branch staff will be able to provide it upon request after Friday, February 1st.
